There are a lot of Windows 7 themes on the internet. Most of which were made by users themselves. Microsoft also supplies themes made by them which include wallpaper packs. For custom themes, you could Google them easily and what's better is that most of these themes are always categorize into groups depending to what kind of design it belongs.
