Where can I download free offline human language translator?

Hello techyv.com!

I have been using an iPhone for quite a while already, Now I'am planning a vacation to Japan.

So I need a some sort of dictionary so that I would be able to communicate with them, I appreciate a speaking translator so that I would be able to pronounce their spoken language.

Please help me where can i download a good free offline human language translator?
