Some days ago I uninstalled a program (Ginger) and I can do it perfectly. After this I see that control panel still bears the program. And I can not find the problem. So I need help. Who can help me about online PC troubleshooting?

As you claimed above you have uninstalled the software. Then you shouldn't be worried. It will not bother you, now the reason behind this could be broken files. Sometime folders in a program file remain unchanged and you can delete from the folder. However it will not cause any concern.

As Garrison mentioned, the reason behind this problem might be the broken files.
Might be due to improper uninstallation of the program.
You can use CCleaner or Revo Uninstaller Program to uninstall the program completely.
Free Version is available for both the programs.
You can use anyone to solve your problem.
