Hi to everyone,

All about adding chinese characters to adobe 9 pro. How can a user add a Chinese character to adobe 9 pro? The language use as a default is in English mode. I would like to add and change it in to Chinese language and lend my laptop to a Chinese friend that will use the software.

Hi there. if you're planning to lend it to your friend so he can open PDF files that contain Chinese characters, and later on return it to you, then the best remedy is to install the Adobe Professional update patch file. This file can be downloaded from Adobe website, and is designed to add some more tools into your Adobe program, plus support for more languages like Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional and even Korean.

Angela,

It is difficult sometimes to find programs in our native language or in languages we are trying to learn. You will be able to retrieve simplified Chinese if you download and install Adobe 10.0. After you have installed Adobe they have numerous tutorials you can download to learn different techniques.
