When attempt to store MYOB data file on server get error messages

I have a problem with my MYOB Accounting software. When I attempt to store the MYOB data file on the server and suddenly I get error messages when I try to zip it and back it up. After that I click on OK then the following error message appears. Now tell me the proper solution step by step to resolve this problem. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi there DavidSBernal,
The error code is saying that changes to some files cannot be done. This could be caused by the lack of permissions or by hanging file that left in the folder where data is stored.
The first thing to do is to check the folder permissions. Make sure you are logged in into your computer as an admin user, and that the folder where you're saving your backup is not protected. That means that you should be able to both, read and write in that directory.
If permissions are ok, you will need to clean the leftovers in the folder where datafiles are stored. Open the folder using your explorer and find any files with the .flk extension. Delete them – in case you can't, restart the computer and delete them after the computer is up again and your problem should be solved.
