What is the best way to forward mail from my office machine that uses Lotus Notes to an internet based email service? I will not be able to access my office computer for several weeks and have to use mail forwarding for this time period.

Hello there! The best way to forward your mails from Lotus Notes to an internet based email service is by creating a rule in Lotus Notes. You can make a rule that will enable Lotus Notes to forward the received emails to another email address. Just click the Rules folder in the window pane of your mail and click the New Rule button in the Action bar. After creating a rule, link your email account with your Lotus Notes. If you are using a gmail account, add your Lotus Notes mail address as one of the accounts in gmail. Lotus Notes will receive a verification mail. Verify it and that's it.
