What is the toolbar ribbon in Microsoft Office 2007?

Dear the ribbon is not a new and complicated thing in Office 2007.

In earlier versions, the toolbars were placed on Microsoft office application as bar. In Microsoft office 2007, the toolbars are affixed on ribbon.

Older version’s tools were affixed on bars. So that these bars are called toolbars.

In office 2007, the tools are affixed on ribbon.

So, this is called toolbar ribbon. You can see in the lower picture.
