Hello experts! Have you heard about online fax tools?  I work as a secretary to my boss and my everyday work routine is to receive and send communications thru fax.  I think this tool will help me make my job simpler.  Does anyone know how can have this tool? What is the best online fax tool in your opinion?

There are a lot of Online fax tool out there but this suggestion I’ll be giving is based on user review and what I think best suits you on your job making sure that document security is not at risk.

Indeed, there has been many products which have been released that provides similar services online. But the question is, which is the best product?

There are a lot of online fax services out there but I will recommend a few that you can check out.

1. Nextiva fax

This tool is best for sending a huge number of faxes as it offers 500 faxes a month and the fee after you exceed that number is very low. It can go as low as 6 dollars per month.

2. PamFax

This tool is integrated with Skype and it also supports different file formats not just PDF

3. MyFax

This is another tool that is best for international faxing. It offers 100 free faxes per month. It is well integrated with Ms office and Outlook.
