What is Micromax x550 price for repair?

My Micromax does not read the Mini Sim and says "Please Insert Sim".  I have a Micromax x550 Qube GSM 900 touch phone.  Does anyone here have an estimate for Micromax x550 price for repair?  Thanks.

I think your phone cannot read the SIM card due to physical problems of your device. This problem mainly occurs either due to disconnection of SIM place from the mobile phone’s motherboard circuit or due to the permanent damage of the SIM portion of the motherboard. It is a common problem. Contact your nearest mobile repair shop. They will solve your problem within a short time. Of course, you don’t need to pay much for repair purposes as it is a minor one.

What is Micromax x550 price for repair?

Though this is a touch phone, it doesn’t run on Android. The Micromax X550 Qube is a 2G phone operating on 2G network band using GSM technology. It was announced and released in 2010 and is now discontinued. It measures 112.5 x 55.9 x 14.1 millimeters and weighs 85 grams.

It uses mini-SIM card and has TFT resistive touchscreen display with 256K colors at 240 x 400 pixels screen resolution with 3D Cube UI. It supports microSD expandable up to 16 GB. The primary camera supports 2 megapixels and supports video recording. It doesn’t have a secondary camera. It has 3.5-millimeter jack, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support, stereo FM radio, and USB 2.0.

It doesn’t have GPS. The pre-installed Opera mini web browser supports WAP 2.0/xHTML. Java is supported via MIDP 2.0. It runs on removable Li-Ion 1200 mAh battery with standby time up to 144 hours and talk time up to 8 hours. It is available in black color. Now to check the problem, if the phone no longer recognizes your SIM card, try cleaning the contact surface of your SIM.

I also experience that with my phone and you only need to clean the SIM’s contact surface. If this doesn’t fix it, try inserting a brand new SIM to learn if the phone’s SIM slot is really defective. If a new SIM is still unrecognizable, this is the time you bring it to a qualified service technician.
