What Is The Method To Resolve The 0x80070246 Error?

Hello. Getting the 0x80070246 error while installing Windows 10 on your PC. The update stops at some point, causing the error. Follow the below methods to troubleshoot the error.

Method 1:

Windows Update Troubleshooter.

• In the Windows search box, enter Troubleshoot and click on troubleshooting.
• Select Windows Update and click on the run troubleshooter button.
• In the next prompt, choose the error which you want to fix this, or if you wish to skip it, select to ignore it.

Method 2:

Date and Time settings.
• In the Windows search box, enter time & date settings and hit enter.
• Next, check if the settings of set time & time zone automatically are enabled, if not enable them.
