What Is Error Code “150/153” In GameGuard?

I just bumped into this error code while searching for a solution with my problem. It’s not actually related to my problem but since it is also with GameGuard, I might receive this error because my game also has GameGuard in it. Any information with this error will help me understand and avoid it.

What Is Error Code “150/153” In GameGuard?

Error code “150/153” in GameGuard means GameGuard is missing from your computer or the GameGuard installation is corrupt. If you encounter this problem, open Windows Explorer then navigate to the game’s installation folder. Look for the GameGuard folder then delete it and then restart the computer. After booting, start the game client then click “Check Files”.

If this doesn’t work, reinstall the game. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select the affected game among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install the game back.
