I have seen this file binkw32 dll because a while back, I was getting binkw32.dll missing errors whenever I launched games. I did not think about this before, but what does this file do? What is DLL?
The binkw32.dll file is linked to RAD Gaming’s Tool Video Codec. A majority of games use this codec and therefore when you launched games you were getting binkw32.dll missing errors.
