I believe I can be able to get you a solution to the question you have posted above; The graphic splitter is simply an electronic device that provides two output signals for the computer and a remote computer from the host computer.
This is how it works; once the splitter gets the graphic signals or waves from the computer, it tries to divide those signals to two output signals without losing the quality of the graphics from the computer to the external monitors.
