What to expect in sending FoxPro back

Hello, my FoxPro is out of warranty and it looks like my only option is to send it back.  What can I expect and what is the typical turnaround time to receive back?  I typically would rather not send back but it appears I have no other option and I would like some suggestions on what I can expect for turnaround time.  Thanks.
