I have recently heard about the term extractor universal Borland Delphi. Please explain the term to me. Is this a software if so what it does, how to use install and use it on Windows XP, some review of it and download location to download the file.Â

Universal Extractor is a program that is used to extract files that are on an archive of any type for example .Zip file an installation program or a .MSI Windows Installer package.
It is however not meant to act as a general purpose archiving program such as WinRAR.

From what I know this is a software that was made to extract forms and data modules from executable file (.*exe), that was created from Borland Delphi (composition of binary and pascal codes). Also, since you're looking for the tool will give you the link to it so that you can use the software.

The purpose of Universal Extractor is to decompress and extract archives or installer. It is designed to support various file formats by utilizing backend utilities. It allows you to extract files any type of archives.
Always remember that it's not used to archive all programs nor it's used to L7-Zip or WinRAR.

Universal Extractor is an installation program zip file (like Wise or NSIS), or even a Windows Installer (.msi) package.
That program is not a general purpose archiving program. This program never replaces WinRAR, 7-zip, etc.
