What can I do to ensure monitoring exchange PST files?

Hello! I know that PST files are used as personal folders in Microsoft Outlook. What I do not know is monitoring exchange PST file within a particular computer or a small network. Is there a way that I can be able to monitor all the PST files exchanged within the office by the employees to know if they are actually using the office machines for the intended purposes? Thanks.

Hi Jamin,

Since you are already using Exchange, assuming that this is an Exchange Server, you should be able to monitor incoming and outgoing emails from email accounts within the exchange server.

I am not familiar with any tool for monitoring the PST files, but there is one that you can use to detect and get a copy of the PST files within a small network.
