Mac has a built-in tool to capture a wireless trace depending on the version of OSX that are running. If you are using Mac 10.7,you can use the program called wifi diagnostic. You can find it in /system/library/CoreServices. This folder is not freely accessible. You can use the “finder” and use the “shift-command-G”. This will open a dialog box, enter the “/system/library/CoreServices and press return. You can find the Wifi diagnostic program there.
