What is the best ranking hotspot open source software? I’ve been searching for the best hotspot software and want a freeware version download can you give me some idea and suggestion on how to get it?

And hoping for the newer version, tell me more on the proper installation process.

What is the best ranking hotspot open source software?

Hey Stephen,

There isn't much open source hotspot software and even if there is , they are not user friendly and you will get many errors. But the commercial ones have a free version with some limited services. So you can also use them if you want to make a hotspot without spending money. Some of these software are – 

1. Connectify – http://www.connectify.me/

2. Virtual Router – virtualrouter.codeplex.com (Open Source)

3. My Hotspot – www.myhotspot-software.com

You can use any one of them.
