What is the best program to create ghost photos?

While watching 3D and animated movies I realized that I have to venture and explore more about 3D animation and other kind of video editing activities.

How much and where can I possibly buy a video editing software?

Hello Travis,

Well I would personally recommend you to use Paint Shop Pro, so far it's the best graphic editor for creating ghost pictures.

There are so many other software's available though, Paint Shop Pro has got more effects and layers which makes it the best for editing pics especially creating ghost pics.

And as you also need a video editing software, I would suggest you to use these freeware- FileLab, VSDC, or File make. These are absolutely free of cost, the HD capable software's that really functions smoothly.
