I am looking for an online job. I saw many website that offer online job for freelancer.

I am not yet decided which site to join . What do you think is the best outsourcing site and how can I guarantee that I'll receive payment?

What is the best outsourcing site?

For me the best outsourcing (freelancer) web-site is odesk. I’ve tested a lot of them, and I stuck with odesk. You will have free job applications; you can earn more jobs if you pass the tests in your domain that you are good in.

The payment is secure, if you work hourly, odesk will guarantee your payment, but if you work at fixed price, it is best to read the feedback from the other users about that employer and if they are positive that means the employer is OK and verified.

There are thousands of jobs from which you can choose whatever suits you best.
