As an admin in a specific computer network and website in a company I have to know all the important application needed such as editing application or software. So, you find the best face distortion software. Actually the best one is always depends on your want and choice. I suggest you to use “Photoscape”. Because it has lots of functions to use. Definitely toy will like it. Here, you will have to use Raw-converter and a Gif- animator.
