AI is the short term used for Artificial Intelligence. It is the simulation of the processes of human intelligence by machines such as computer systems, for example. The processes may include self-correction, reasoning or applying the rules to attain estimated or exact conclusions, and learning or the acquisition of information and rules for applying the information. Specific applications of artificial intelligence include machine vision, speech recognition, and expert systems.

If you will ask me what robots are for, they were created mainly to aid humans and make life easier. They are used by different companies like in the car industry and electronics. In the car industry, robots are used to weld, lift, and move different parts. In electronics, robots are used to solder very small electronic parts. I don’t think applying robots will cause unemployment in the future.

Because the robots used in most industries still require the ability of humans to think. They don’t have the capacity to think and decide on its own. Also, most of the robots only do specific things.
