I Think what you mean by Samsung webcam apps is actually Samsung camera apps and if that is the case then there are a lot of apps constantly being released by a lot of developers from around the world. However there are a few that are famous now a days and also provide a good amount of functionality.I'll name a couple 1.Photowarp and 2. Photo Burst Pro
