I happen to have read some articles about Intervideo that confirms its closure and now marketed as Corel or Ulead. Yet I can still see Intervideo software download links. And now I am worried about the changes. What are the changes of Intervideo blue-ray free on some site? Is it still associated with Corel or Ulead or vice versa? I hope to be hearing from some advice about this soon. Thank you!

InterVideo was a software specialized in multimedia programs. In 2005, InterVideo merged with Ulead and In 2006 Corel Corporation acquired both InterVideo and Ulead. Since then, the InterVideo brand name has been retired. The firm is now defunct. Though all former InterVideo products are still marketed as Corel or Ulead.
