Hello.
After my research I found that WINRAR is the software for you.
Here is the step by step procedure to use winrar.
1.      Download and install winrar from the following link.
2.      After installing the winrar, open the rar files using winrar.
3.      Once you open the file, there is an option called extract. Click on the extract  to option.
4.      When the extract window opens choose the destination path where you want to save the extracted files and then click ok.
