Usually in any music conversion software, the documentation it includes don’t have or don’t describe which setting or which option will best work for you when converting something with it. Although sometimes the program’s Help section or Help page describes how it is used, some of the options available and its description, and others.

But the suggested best setting is normally not indicated in the application that is because different users require different needs and one’s need is totally different from another. It is totally up to you to explore which option or setting best works for you on your conversion tasks or projects.
