Weird error the tutorial was completed successfully

Hi,

When I opened my laptop this morning this message appeared on my desktop. I clicked OK and nothing happened. I don’t know what tutorial was completed successfully and I don’t know if an error or anything else was. Does anyone had this before? Should I be worried about this message ?

Hello There,

We don’t have enough information to analyze your situation here. So I would suggest you first accumulate these info.

1.   What Operating system you are using

2.   What is your Desktop model

3.   Were you subscribed to any remote support program etc.

4.   What antivirus, anti adware, firewall and anti malware program do you use

5.   Did you make some changes just before that incident

 

Now, 

1. Remove all unnecessary program 2. Perform scan 3. Update your system 4. Restart it 

And Try again
