Some of your security features are causing the system to display the error message. You can reduce your security options. This can be done on most of web browsers. To do it on Internet Explorer, follow these steps.

This is actually not an error but a notification or a security alert related to the certificate used by the website. You may receive this message if there is a problem with the website’s certificate or the web server’s use of the certificate.
The certificate used by a website identifies the web server and it allows a web browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer to establish a secure connection with the website. If you receive this message when visiting a website and you are familiar with the website that it is safe then there’s no reason to be alarmed. You can continue browsing the website.
Just don’t enter any sensitive information or personal data on the website because your connection is not secure. You may also receive this message in Microsoft Office Outlook. If this happens, in Microsoft Office Outlook, go to “File” then select “Outlook Options”. In “Outlook Options” window, select “Trust Center” on the left pane then click “Trust Center Settings” on the right.
Under “E-mail Security”, uncheck all options for “Encrypted E-mail” then click “OK”. After this, close Microsoft Office Outlook then open it again. See if this works.
