Website builder x5 templates only shows a blank page

Hi.  I just purchased and installed the Incomedia WebSite X5 for helping me create my eCommerce website.  I access the website builder x5 templates and all I see is a blank page.  Why is this so?  I have WebSite X5 10.  Please help.  Thanks.

Incomedia WebSite X5 is a powerful tool to create attractive and robust websites for all purposes. If you are having trouble with the tool, first of all make sure that you have installed the product correctly because a corrupted or false installation will result in inappropriate product behavior.

Refer to the installation guide you get with the product to make sure you followed every step and that the installation is correct. After this, go through some tutorial to learn how the product works and to get best results from it.
