There are many such tools on the internet. Some of them are free and some are commercial.
1. SuperPreview- you can download this program on trial version for 60 days.
This program supports Safari(MAC), Chrome, Firefox. Unfortunately, SuperPreview does not support Opera web browser.
Works only on public URLs.
2. LunaScape- This is a very powerful web browser. But the browser has three rendering engines built in: Gecko( Mozilla Firefox), WebKit (Safari, Google Chrome), Trident (Internet Explorer). In just one click you can switch view's. It's totally free.
