Web cam is not functioning properly

Hello all,

I need webcam badly in my work environment, now it’s not functioning properly. I got an error message, I did all uninstall and installation. I checked the permission with the network, is great. Going to try again by clearing all old data and try to setup everything. Will post you friends, same time need some guidance. Thanks.

Web cam is not functioning properly

Hi

 

This is a windows install shield error and it occurs due to a variety of reasons, the most common being Administrative privileges. The common issues are caused by the Antivirus programs which restricts privilege access to the Logitech software. Please follow the following steps:

1) Uninstall the antivirus, we can install it again after the webcam is installed.

2) Start the service under “C:ProgramFilescommonfileslogitechlvmvfmlvprcsrv.exe”

3) .Net 3.5 or higher is installed on your machine

4) Make sure you are running the installation of your webcam as an Administrator.

 

Hope this would solve the issue.
