Hi Experts,

I am having hp Compaq desktop. I am looking to use hp biometric security to avoid unauthorized access. I want to know does hp support facial login. Any expert may help in this. I have heard that thumb print is a valid login but do not know face. Thanks.

Hi Halleleilani,

I understand your issue and I am using "veriface 3" in my HP laptop. It is support on my laptop.

But you are using this software in desktop and desktop haven't inbuilt camera. And some times if any error occur in your webcam driver then it is impossible to login.

First of check the drivers and install the legal and secured drivers for your webcam. Be sure about your antivirus use genuine version and now you are ready to install the Veriface 3.
