VMware vCenter Converter fatal error

We are using vmware in our office and Im not that knowledgeable about that thing but it is giving me error that I don’t have any idea when launching it.

A fatal error occurred The reason for this might be a network connection failure.

The wizard will close now.

Please check your network connection and try again.

VMware vCenter Converter fatal error

Hello Raymond,

The error that you are getting does not tell you anything important other the fact that it is originating from the vConverter, but RESTARTING services that have been indicated below will fix your problem:
VMware vCenter Converter Integrated Server
VMware vCenter Converter Integrated Worker

After you restart those services, you will also need to re-restart the vSphere client and then run your migration/conversion again.

In case you find any notifications queued, you will need to restart the VMware vCenter Update Manager Service. After you have done everything should work just fine.
