Video editor can only run in 1024 X 768

Hi,

I just purchased the Wonder share Video Editor software and seemed to have successfully installed it on my computer (quad core, 64-bit). However, when I try to use it an error prompt pops-up to tell me that the "video editor can only run in 1024 X 768".

I then changed the resolution to 1024 x 768 but it still doesn't work, and it would be technically unusable at the specified resolution!!! This has got to be a joke?

I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

Hi!

Good day Nelson!

I have to tell you that the program Video Editor can't run on your very high and up-to-date computer. You would ask why? because it only runs on older VGA and Window Xp version. If you want it to run you should delete the file "helper compact.exe" you can find it in Wondershare directory, it should stopped the error problem. If still doesn't work I would recommend you to update the Video Editor on their website.

I recommend you to use other video editing software like adobe after affects, youtube video editor and many more.
