Very low signal strength of router

I have TENDA router for my internet. It has 100 meters range and it has excellent signal strength in 10 meters radius but the problem is that the signal strength become suddenly very low away from 10 meters.Anyone can tell me what is the problem ? Is this a router location problem,setting problem or a device problem?

Very low signal strength of router

Hi Ace Heltsley,

I'm sorry you are experiencing this problem. TENDA routers normally support far distance transmission, from about 150 meters indoors and 400 meters outdoors. You need to be aware of the fact that environmental obstructions can lessen the transmission of signals. So, ensure you do not have any furniture  or anything at all in front of the router. Also, ensure the router is not placed too low, this can disrupt signals as well.
