There's been word that Verizon is said to release the new Motorola Droid  RAZR HD under a different name for its network, how true is this?

Verizon plans to release Motorola Droid RAZR HD. This rumor is confirmed when the images of this handset appeared on a website with logos of 4G LTE and Verizon. It is expected that the phone will have Qualcomm 1.5GHz dual-core processor and will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as its operating system. Its design is a little modified version of original Droid Razr with sleek and slim body. Motorola RZAR HD is expected to have 13Mp camera with LED flash, 4.5 inch display and 3300mAh battery. Officials have not yet spoken about its price and availability.

The Motorola DROID Razr HD is designed for Verizon and also known as Motorola DROID Fighter, Motorola DROID Vanquish, and Motorola XT926. The Motorola DROID Razr HD was unveiled on September 2012 and released a month after. It measures 131.9 x 67.9 x 8.4 millimeters and weighs 146 grams. The body of Motorola DROID Razr HD is splash resistant.
It has a super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors and 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and supports multi-touch. It runs on 1 GB RAM with 16 GB internal storage and microSD expandable up to 32 GB. It supports Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, LE, and EDR support, microUSB 2.0, and NFC.
The primary camera supports 8 megapixels at 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution featuring autofocus, LED flash, face detection, touch focus, geo-tagging, and image stabilization. It supports video recording in 1080p at 30 fps. The secondary camera supports 1.3 megapixels. It runs on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean powered by Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset on Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor and Adreno 225 GPU.
It supports compass, accelerometer, barometer, and proximity sensors. For internet browsing, it supports HTML5 with Adobe Flash. The GPS feature supports A-GPS and S-GPS and includes GLONASS. It supports Java via the Java MIDP emulator. It has a non-removable Li-Po 2530 mAh battery with standby time of up to 286 hours and talk time of up to 24 hours. It costs around EUR 290.
