If you are using Venus 1500 V4, check the system requirements again and make sure your computer meets those requirements. Venus 1500 V4 supports Windows XP (Professional only), Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. It requires 1 GHz or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, 1 GB free space, Microsoft DirectX 9-compatible video card, and 1024 x 768 minimum screen resolution.
