Hi, Yes you can use MS Office over the internet but only with Chrome. You can get your files from anywhere not only you can modify but also save them remotely. Office.comintegrated with your OneDrive. You can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote and also save in OneDrive after office installed in Chrome. So you have to install the app extension in Chrome to utilize Microsoft software in online.
There is also another way to make documents online but not Microsoft using Google Docs. Google Docs also provide same features but have a different layout.
If you need access to your Office documents while on the go and you have an Android Smartphone, you can install Microsoft Office Mobile on your Android phone. It requires Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and higher. Once you have this on your phone, you can then upload your Office documents to Microsoft OneDrive. To upload your files, you need to create a Microsoft account.
