I tried using FastBack for Exchange Restore.

However, an error message below keeps showing up:

Can someone help me with this problem?

Thanks!

Using FastBack for Exchange Restore

If you are using Microsoft OS, IBM’s Tivoli® Storage Manager FastBack  for Microsoft Exchange serves you with the ability to recover Microsoft® Exchange data objects very quickly and way of easiness. But you said that, still now you have facing an error problem with FastBack.

Here I discuss a little bit but a easy solution.
At first close your FastBack.
Now you have to must wait for tdpmapi.exe
process to exit before using Fastback for Exchange to open
mailbox again.
tdpmapi.exe takes less than 20 seconds to exit
in a typical environment.

After this process restart your software (FastBack)

Probably the problem will be fix then. However, I highly suggest you to use most latest versions of this software.

Thanks.
