Use Old Laptop Screens As Extra Laptop Monitors?

I would like to do a DIY project with my laptop and old non working laptops. Just not sure how to get started. Can you take multiple older laptops. Remove the screens and connect all of them to one laptop? Having a multi screen of all one view or multi view like a security camera?

Hi, Donald G Gibbons No you can't do things like that with your old laptop. Making things like that you have to consider the parts per unit, the hard ware have different id. You cannot join them because they will not know each other but if you are really in to it. It would take you about 4 to 5 years just to put them together you. Also most of the hardware you will replace is hard to find because it an old model, but there are people who are doing this and you can buy from them pre order.

But you can buy motherboard that has 2 slot for processor like this one in the photo.
