Solutions.

1) Please go to download utility Format Write Protect

try this tool

2) Check all of the folder properties, at least the ones on the root of the drive, to be sure they are set for editing. Here's one way:

1. Click Start, then click Run…
2. Type "attrib -r -s X:* /s" (without quotes; replace "X" with the drive letter of you USB drive) This should make all folders writable.
3. Press the "Enter" key
4. Type "attrib -r -s X:*.* /s" (without quotes; replace "X" with the drive letter of you USB drive) This should make all files writable.
5. See if it works.

3)

1.Run
2.regedit (Run it with Administrator)
3.CTRL+F (enter)
4.Search this .. StorageDevicePolicies
5.in Right side there is Writeprotect set it to 0
6.if you see at left side you will notice step 5 is expand from the folder … ControlSet001>Control>StorageDevicePolicies

7.Now Expand ControlSet002>Control>StorageDevicePolicies and SET .. Writeprotect to 0

I Hope i will a big help for you.
