Upgrading LANDesk Management Suite 9.0 from SP2 to SP3

Hi,

I am trying to update our main server method LANDesk Management Suite 9.0 from SP2 to SP3.

As I update the software, an error message popped-up. It says

The core name cannot be empty.

Behind the error meddage,it says it is updating configuration and the location is "D:PROGRAM FILESLanDeskMANAGEMENT SUITCreateClientConfiguration.exe /rebuild

The core name cannot be empty"

Can you help me with this situation?

Upgrading LANDesk Management Suite 9.0 from SP2 to SP3

 

During setup some attributes might have needed to ask for Core name that was left empty. The other cause may be that the rebuild file has to be configured according to the present scenario of your system. The modern system of obtaining the core components are got to help the system in a really competitive manner and helps the system administrator to find the core modules for usage of the core system for all the users to connect concurrently to the database. Further if you are not able to install the core components, then there could be problems with your system configuration.
