Hello expert, I need to enable all the functionality on my ATI 3D graphics card. I’m running with Intel processor on my PC. How can I upgrade ATI catalyst center intel on my PC?

These are the steps that you need to follow:-
1. Go to this website
2. Select your system, product and the operating system from the list in the appropriate field and then click search.
3. Now, select the latest catalyst from the search result and download it.
4. Run the set up you just downloaded, now it will download the latest ATI catalyst for your graphics card.
5. Once the download is complete, Go to the file location and install the ATI catalyst.
