Update error while updating Samsung phone

Hi,

I have been updating my Samsung phone (Windows OS) with my PC but suddenly I got this update error message.  What do you think should I do?  I am afraid to tinker on my phone since I might corrupt stored photos, videos and music.  Can someone guide me on how to remove the problem?

Update error while updating Samsung phone

Hi, from what i find out here is what you should do to prevent further problems on the update on your samsung phone, you did not give what is the model of your samsung phone.

So i just give a general answer for you.When you get this update error just close the application and try to update again, if the same thing happen close the program then try to update later,maybe the problem is on the website on which they have to fix some issues on their update.

If your problem is about restoration of your phone to earlier time here is what you can do.

1.Unplug your phone from the computer and place on charge mode.

2.Turn phones off.3.Turn phones back on holding Power + camera + volume down buttons.

3.Hold buttons for 15 seconds until it show download mode.

4.Reinstall the operaring system then wait for 15 seconds to reboot if it doesn’t just switch on and off,your phone should be ready to set up again.
