Hi there,

I have this error when I want to update my McAfee. It says that I have to install McAfee VirusScan Plus but I have checked and is already installed. I don’t know why it says to install it again. Can anyone help me please to make the updates ?

Try can try to reinstall your software “McAfee VirusScan Plus”. Follow below steps:

Get the MCPR MacAfee removal tool and run it :

Find all MacAfee files and folder on your system and delete it.

( you can use this software for a full deleting )

Login to your MacAfee account and reinstall your software.
