If your media manager crashes down unexpectedly, try restarting your computer then try it again. Check it again after rebooting the system. If nothing has changed, try reinstalling the application. Uninstall media manager then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics test on your machine, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities. Install the program again then see if you are now able to use it.

If the application was downloaded from a website, try visiting the site again then check if there is a new version available. Upgrade your present version to possibly fix the problem.

If you have Media Manager and it suddenly start giving off errors, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select Media Manager among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.

This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install the program back. If the problem continues, download an alternative like the SanDisk Media Manager. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
