When I try to install DAZ Studio in the Windows operating system, I ended up with an error message. Download was good without any problem and the installation went almost to the end but all of a sudden I got an unknown error message. I got this error while it trying to unpack the files, means the dll file is corrupted. How do I fix the corrupted dll file? Help please. Thanks.

When installing DAZ Studio Pro, make sure your operating system is supported otherwise you won’t be able to install it. If you are running Microsoft Windows 2000 and earlier, there is no way you can install it because operating systems starting from Microsoft Windows XP and earlier are not supported. DAZ Studio Pro supports x86 and x64 Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

If you have a Mac computer, you can use it on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and up. So, if you are using Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000, and older, you need to upgrade or do a clean installation to any of the three supported operating systems. If you verify that you are using a supported operating system, make sure your installer is in the right version.

If you are using x64 Microsoft Windows, you can install either the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of DAZ Studio Pro because normally 32-bit applications can be installed on 64-bit operating systems because they will run in 32-bit compatibility mode so there is no problem. But if you have a 32-bit Microsoft Windows, you cannot install 64-bit applications only 32-bit applications and that’s the limitation.
