Hi everyone,

That was all the fixes I know, can you add some solution about this problem? Your suggestions and advices will be much appreciated.

It is not possible to install 64-bit applications on a 32-bit environment. If the Unity player follows 64-bit architecture it won’t install on 32-bit Windows. You would need to install the 32-bit version of Unity player.

With the operating system installed on your computer, Windows 7 Starter 32-bit, installing the 64-bit version of Unity Player is really not possible. Both of these are of different computer architectures. I’m not familiar with Unity that’s why I thought you are referring to a desktop media player. When I checked the site, I didn’t find any media player in there besides the Unity Web Player and I think you are referring to this.

If you have the 64-bit version of the application then I think you may have downloaded it from a different website because the version available on their download page I think is the 32-bit version which is surely compatible with your present operating system. To fix this problem, just download the installer again from Unity | Download | Unity Web Player. This version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 and works on Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. It also has a Mac version which supports Mac OS X 10.5 and later and works on Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.
