Unisphere Host Agent Setup Error cumulative update

Hello experts,

I downloaded the latest release of the Unisphere Agent I could find "UnisphereHostAgent-Win-32-x86-en_US-1.3.0.1.0015-1". When trying to install into Hyper-V 2012 R2 I get an error informing of the requirement for Feb 2013 updates to Windows 8 and Windows server 2012. Help me please !

Unisphere Host Agent requires that the February 2013 Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 cumulative update or later be installed before proceeding.

Setup cannot continue.

First Run Windows Update and then install Unisphere Host Agent.

Unisphere Host Agent Setup Error cumulative update

Hello,

 

In 2012 R2 host ,try to register manually the fibre cards .

Or

You can get the version that officially support windows 2012 R2. (ETA: Q1 2014)

Or

Try to use compatibility mode. Right-Click on the shortcut of your software > Properties > Compatibility > Follow as shown in Image

Unisphere Host Agent Setup Error cumulative update

If you are installing this on a virtual machine or host computer, verify that the update is installed first prior to installing this host agent. If the host operating system is Windows 8, you need to install the February 2013 cumulative update or later. If your host operating system is Windows Server 2012, you need to install the Windows Server 2012 cumulative update.

You won’t be able to install the host agent until the cumulative update is installed. Run Windows Update on the host computer and install the required cumulative update as well as other remaining updates. Restart the computer after installing an update to make sure everything works fine. Once every update is installed, you may now try installing the Unisphere Host Agent.
