Hello,

I’ve recently upgraded Adobe Muse to Beta 7 but since upgrading I receive an error each time a type in my adobe Id when starting the program.

In addition, the Service Eligibility link seems to be damaged.

The error message I receive says “Access Denied. You are not eligible to use Adobe Muse services due to the Service Eligibility Requirements."

Why am I receiving this error?

Hi Nicola, you are receiving this error message because you are not logged in into your adobe account.

In order to get done with Adobe Muse to Beta 7 installation, first you need to log in into your free adobe account and thereafter you may click on direct links of updates so in this way Adobe creates a session on your browser via cookies.

Hi Nicola,

The error means that Adobe does not recognize your account ID, note that you are using the Beta version chances are that it does not have access to most databases for user credentials.

To resolve the issue you have to update your Adobe ID it can also mean that the process has not completed yet say it misses personal information like birth date Log in to this link, then enter your birth date if you are prompted then click on update.

After try to log in again.

You should have logged into your account, your adobe muse beta 7 doesn't seem to recognize your account that is logged in, if you are having trouble after logging in, please clear your internet cache memory and history, and then you can try logging in again and try using adobe muse beta 7 again.
